Linda K. Barry

M.D., M.P.H., FACS

Dr. Barry is Associate Professor of Surgery at UConn School of Medicine. She is the Diversity Representative for UConn at the Association of American Medical Colleges. Dr. Barry previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Assistant Director of the Connecticut Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (CICATS) at UConn. Within CICATS, Dr. Barry served as the Director of the CICATS Young Innovative Investigator Program, Director of the CICATS Mentorship (M1) Program and Co-Director of the CICATS Pilot Program. Currently she is the Associate Dean of the Office of Multicultural & Community Affairs at UConn School of Medicine. She also serves as the Director of the Visiting Externship for Students Underrepresented in Medicine (VESUM).
