Urban Service Track/AHEC Scholars Interprofessional Summit 2025

Join our Urban Health/AHEC Scholars at the Fifth Annual Virtual Summit as we explore the critical intersection of health and incarceration. This year’s theme, “Justice-Involved Patients and Communities: A Symposium on Health and Incarceration at the Intersection,” will feature thought-provoking discussions led by content experts and student interest groups.

The Virtual Summit will take place on Saturday, April 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST. Together, we will examine the challenges and opportunities in providing equitable care to justice-involved individuals and communities. Health and pre-health professions students passionate about advocacy and social justice are encouraged to attend.

The Summit is free and open to all who register. Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your understanding and engage in meaningful dialogue on health equity and incarceration.

Registration for “Justice-Involved Patients and Communities: A Symposium on Health and Incarceration at the Intersection” is now closed, and the event has concluded.
