UConn School of Pharmacy

I was born and raised in England until the age of 10, then moved to Canada, where I graduated from high school before relocating to North Carolina. I am currently pursuing my doctor of pharmacy degree at the University of Connecticut, where I also completed my pre-pharmacy studies.

I am a volunteer with West Hartford Fellowship Housing, where I create accessible health education pamphlets for elderly and disabled residents. As secretary of the Student Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group, I work on infographics and educational materials to promote awareness of pediatric health issues, such as sepsis and vaccinations. In addition, I have been involved in professional organizations, vaccine advocacy initiatives, and public health outreach projects that further broaden my perspective on healthcare.

I applied to UST because I want to build strong mentorship connections, grow as a researcher, and learn how to address inequities in healthcare through both clinical practice and scholarship. I hope UST will challenge me to think critically about how healthcare systems can be redesigned to reduce disparities. My goal is to become a clinician who combines research, advocacy, and patient care to create meaningful change in the quality and equity of healthcare delivery.
