Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant

I was born in Ronkonkoma, NY, and attended Connetquot High School. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in health science studies with a minor in biomedical sciences from Quinnipiac University in 2023.I am currently working toward a master’s degree in physician assistant studies, with an anticipated graduation date of 2025.

My healthcare experience has consisted mainly of work as a home health aide and personal care assistant. I have worked with the elderly and physically disabled populations over the past four years and have sought to provide holistic, individualized care to all my patients. I also have experience working as a patient care specialist at a nursing home facility. I have been involved in volunteer opportunities throughout my undergraduate education at our local food bank, hospitals, and an annual fundraiser for a rare neurodegenerative disease called Friedreich’s ataxia.

I am seeking involvement in UST to gain exposure to and practice with valuable skills that will help me better connect with my patients. I am excited to learn the medical information that is important for clinical practice, but I am really looking forward to enhancing this information with interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and holistic considerations.
