UConn School of Pharmacy

I was born and raised in North Andover, MA, and am currently pursuing a doctor of pharmacy degree at the University of Connecticut.

Volunteering was incredibly important to my family. I regularly volunteered my time at the Lazarus House in Lawrence, MA, the Lawrence Boys & Girls Club, and other community  events in my hometown. Throughout all four years of high school, I was an active member of Youth Council, a group of like-minded peers with the intent of volunteering and supporting those in need within our community.

When I first learned about UST in my P1 year (first year of pharmacy school), I immediately saw how its mission aligned with my own future goals. I was drawn to the opportunity to collaborate with other health professional students and to better understand how each discipline’s skills contribute to providing quality, patient-centered care. UST also offers experiences and training beyond what I would typically gain in pharmacy school, allowing me to expand my knowledge while serving the community. Through this track, I will be able to strengthen and apply my skills and knowledge in ways that can make a meaningful impact, while doing something that I am truly passionate about. UST will help me grow into a well-rounded healthcare professional with the skills to provide high-quality, equitable care and the confidence to advocate for the best interests of my patients and community.
