Eniyah Garner

Eniyah Garner was born and raised in Long Branch, NJ. She received her bachelor of science degree from Drew University, majoring in biology and minoring in public health.
Eniyah works as a dental assistant for Leitner Dental Arts in Ocean Township, NJ, volunteers as an EMT for Elberon First Aid Squad, and spends her summers as a beachfront lifeguard and EMT.
Eniyah is motivated to join UST/AS to interact with other individuals from underserved communities like her own. “As a black female healthcare professional, I aspire to encourage other people from similar backgrounds not to remain small-city minded. It is vital to see people who look like you as providers and in positions of leadership,” she explains. Coming from a diverse background, Eniyah aspires to bridge the gap between underserved communities and healthcare professionals through a friendly demeanor and open-minded attitude.
