Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant Program

I was born in Southbury, CT, where I lived for 10 years until moving to Chester, NJ, where I spent the next 10 years. I attended college at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in health sciences.

I have volunteered with several organizations, including Sportable, which aims to make sports more accessible for individuals with physical disabilities and visual impairments. Prior to PA school, I worked as a medical scribe in the emergency department, as well as a rehabilitation technician at an inpatient rehab hospital in Richmond, VA.

I want to become involved with UST/AS to grow as a provider and gain knowledge and skills needed to provide the best quality of care to those in communities that lack adequate resources. I have an interest in primary care and serving underserved populations, so I want to gain a better understanding of the barriers that different communities face and how to work to overcome them to provide patients with the care they need. I also recognize the importance of interdisciplinary care and believe this program would help me continue to build on my skills to become a well-rounded provider by gaining more exposure working with other healthcare disciplines.
