Alyssa Lee
UConn School of Pharmacy
My name is Alyssa, and I was born in New York and raised in Stamford and New Canaan, CT. I began my undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before transferring to the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy, where I am pursuing my Pharm.D. degree.
I am currently a pharmacy intern at Greenwich Hospital, and previously worked at the Children’s Hospital within the Yale New Haven Health System. I also have experience as a pharmacy technician at UW-Health (University of Wisconsin) and CVS, where I developed strong foundational skills in patient care and pharmacy operations.
While I enjoy being a student, what truly inspires me is the opportunity to apply what I learn in the classroom to real-world situations, especially for underserved populations. UST/AS gives me the chance to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and share insights from different sectors of healthcare. I believe that learning from diverse perspectives will strengthen my abilities as a future pharmacist and allow me to better serve various communities.
