Youth Health Service Corps is a nationally recognized youth enrichment program designed and supported by CT AHEC that exposes middle and high school students to health careers. In addition to the five-module curriculum, the Youth Health Service Corps Program engages youth in service learning projects in their communities. The modules include a focus on:
- Leadership and Service Learning
- Vulnerable Populations and Cultural Competency
- Legal and Ethical Issues
- Health Career Exploration
- Health Care Skills
