Wednesday, October 30, from 1 to 5 p.m.

Please join us for a day of learning and networking with stroke survivors and practitioners and discover the many resources available.

Every 40 seconds, someone in the United States has a stroke. Stroke recovery may look different to everyone, but no one has to recover alone. This symposium will discuss various topics in post-stroke recovery care, followed by stroke survivors sharing their heartfelt stories. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a stroke resource fair and meet with vendors and local agencies involved in the stroke recovery process.

All are welcome, stroke survivors, caregivers, supporters, healthcare providers, and others. Refreshments will be provided.

In-person and virtual. In-person attendance is highly encouraged to participate in the resource fair.

The event will be live-streamed.
