Services

At UConn Health, our dietitians can assist you in managing your weight, following a dietary therapy for a diagnosed condition, or eating healthfully while maintaining an active lifestyle. A confidential, private consultation with one of our staff members will include a thorough nutrition assessment. During this time, they will gain insight into your typical food habits, medical history, and overall health. From this information, your dietitian will provide evidence-based advice to create realistic recommendations that can fit into your lifestyle with the intention of improving your quality of life. We offer the following services to assist patients diagnosed with a diverse range of conditions:

Weight Management

Receive step-by-step, personalized guidelines to become well-versed in selecting nutritious options that will lead to sustainable weight control. Learn more about diabetes and weight management.
