The Cost of Attendance (COA) is the Office of Student Financial Aid Services' estimate of your educational expenses for the academic year. The total Cost of Attendance (COA) includes estimated direct educational costs and an estimate of indirect costs based on full-time attendance.
A component of your indirect costs is an estimate for living expenses. This estimate includes food, utilities, miscellaneous expenses as well as rent. To assist the student body the Office of Student Financial Aid Services has put together a list of apartment complexes in the Hartford region that have rental costs that are close to the amount allocated for rent.
This is not a comprehensive list of all available apartments within the region. We have only provided listing from complexes and not private rentals. All complexes have been contacted by phone to confirm monthly rental cost as well as square footage as of the day this list was published. The Office of Student Financial Aid Services, the Colleges of Medicine and Dental Medicine and the University of Connecticut do not endorse any apartment complex or lessor and is not responsible should any rental information change.
