Fee Bill Update

IMPORTANT UPDATE
The Office of the Bursar has released fee bills for the 2025-2026 academic year. Please log into your account at studentadmin.uconn.edu to review your bill. Questions regarding charges can be directed to the bursar’s office.
Make sure the direct charges on your fee bill are covered by financial aid or a private payment prior to the due date to avoid a late fee.
All students are assessed a charge for the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).  If you have coverage through a private plan you can waive the SHIP and the charge will be removed from your account.  Should you need to take advantage of the SHIP no waiver is necessary and you may request an adjustment to your aid by completing the Budget Adjustment Request form.

Newly Posted Interest Rates

The Department of Education has released the interest rates for federal student loans originated between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026. Federal direct loans for graduate students will bear an interest rate of 7.94% and graduate PLUS loans will bear an interest rate of 8.94%. These rates are slightly lower than the current rates of 8.08% and 9.08%. These new rates will apply for loans for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year.
