The Office of the Registrar at UConn Health is the steward of student records from the point of matriculation to the conferral of the degree. It offers a wide range of services to faculty, students, and members of the administration in the areas of academic records, student status, registration, course enrollment, and publications.

Through the Office of the Registrar, students may request official transcripts, letters of verification of enrollment, obtain voter registration forms, and apply for changes in state residency.
