Instructions
This module provides you with the opportunity to learn about history taking, and to observe and evaluate its content and process. There are two cases: one of a pediatric history and the other of an adult history. Below is a copy of the MIRS for you use while scoring the encounters.
Please note that for the “Yes/No” questions, you are indicating whether or not the question was asked, NOT the patient’s answer the question.
