Welcome to the Pinter Lab!

We are interested in understanding how chromosomal gene dosage in viable human aneuploidy impacts development. We use human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) as in vitro models for  Turner’s Syndrome (monosomy X), Down Syndrome (trisomy 21), and 8p and apply long non-coding RNA and CRISPR technology to address this question.
