Welcome to myUConnHealth, a secure online tool that gives you convenient 24-hour access to personal health information and medical records - called a Personal Health Record or PHR—from anywhere with an Internet connection. By using a secure username and password, you can view both your doctor’s office and hospital information.
Accessing your personal UConn Health medical records through the online tool (patient portal) can help you be more actively involved in your own health care. And, there are several self-service options that can eliminate phone calls to your doctor’s office and sometimes even save you a trip to UConn Health.
