Class Schedule

Classes are open to members and non-members. To sign up, use the calendar to select the class that appears on the date you would like to attend and click the sign-up form link in the description.

Monday 

Vinyasa Yoga

5:15 – 6:15 p.m.

A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. All levels are welcome.

Indoor Cycling

6:30 – 7:15 p.m.

$5/Class

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Pre-registration recommended.

Tuesday

Gentle Yoga

6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

This is a gentle, calming, and mind body awareness yoga practice. All levels are welcome for a relaxing, soothing and stress relieving experience. All levels are welcome.

Gentle Yoga

6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

Pilates

5:15 – 6:00 p.m.

Accomplish physical and mental conditioning through floor exercises performed with specific breathing patterns. Pilates will strengthen your major muscle groups, improve your whole body alignment, and increase your flexibility.

Power Yoga

6:15 – 7:15 p.m.

This is a yoga practice to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility on both a physical and mental level.
