Indoor Cycling

5:15 to 6 p.m.

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Pre-registration required at Wellness Center: Cycling (signupgenius.com).

Tuesday

Yoga

5 to 6 p.m.

This is a gentle, calming, and mind body awareness yoga practice.  All levels are welcome for a relaxing, soothing and stress relieving experience.

Wednesday

Thursday

Vinyasa Yoga

5 to 6 p.m.

This style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. All levels are welcome.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

6:30 to 7:15 p.m.

This class is ideal for those seeking to burn the maximum amount of calories in the least amount of time, while maintaining muscle. Using your body weight, this class will challenge you by alternating between intense bursts of activity and periods of rest.
