Go outside for a walk or run and enjoy the fresh air
Take a stretch break once an hour
Kerry Coughlin, Sodexo Registered Dietitian provided the following:
Keep regular mealtimes. You’ll be able to eat more mindfully, and avoid the temptation to graze all day.
Focus on including plenty of fruits and vegetables each day. Frozen products without added ingredients are just as nutritious as fresh, and you won’t need to replenish your stock as often.
If you are spending more time at home, consider trying a new recipe that utilizes what you have on hand. The whole family can get involved, and you can help teach your kids valuable skills including math and science.
Check in on seniors or other who are isolated
During this time of social distancing you can still maintain your relationships through phone calls, Skype, and FaceTime.
