Monday

Power Pilates

12:05 – 12:40 p.m.

Six-week class starts January 22. $50.00 fee per participant.

A Pilates based workout that combines core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning using a mat, bands, and light weights.

Yoga Club (Vinyasa)

5:15 – 6:15 p.m.

Class is free and runs throughout the semester.

Join our medical and dental students as they guide you on your personal journey, all levels welcome.

Tuesday

Tai Chi Club

5:10 – 6:40 p.m.

Class is free and runs throughout the semester.

Informal practice and discussion of Taijiquan (Tai Chi Ch’uan), Push Hands and Qigong basics. The class will cover fundamentals and benefits of taijiquan (relaxation, softness, balance, developing rooted footing, and leading movement from the center). Class will be interactive and learning can be incorporated into your daily life.

Wednesday

Dance Club

5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Class is free and runs throughout the semester.

Join the medical and dental students and learn to dance. You will quickly become part of a very caring community of people who love to dance and who love to help others learn to dance.

Thursday

Let’s Dance

6 – 7 p.m.

Six-week class starts January 18. $60 fee per participant.

Class will consist of dance routines to music from the past and present. You’re guaranteed to have a great workout and a lot of fun.

Friday

Tai Chi Club
