One might ask, as I did when I first came to the UConn Health Center, what are PAWS awards? They are awards given to employees that showcase our own for the quiet excellence performed every day. To receive a PAWS award, an employee must be <b>P<\/b>art of a team, have an <b>A<\/b>wesome attitude, <b>W<\/b>onderful work ethic, and provide <b>S<\/b>uperior service. These employees exemplify the culture that is the cornerstone of our mission here at the Health Center.<\/p>\n<p>The award recipients are <b>Anne Bennett<\/b>, Medicine; <b>Lynette Branday<\/b>, <b>Elizabeth Fabbri<\/b> and <b>Pamela Iannucci<\/b>, UMG\/MFM; <b>Nancy Hoerup<\/b>, Telecommunications; <b>Cathy Cassineri<\/b>, Calhoun Cardiology Center; <b>Christine Delgrande<\/b>, Pulmonary Function Lab; <b>Sonya Dickens<\/b>, CMHC\/Manson Youth; <b>Lynn Grumm<\/b>, Core Lab; <b>William Kilray<\/b>, Pharmacy; <b>Marisol Koniar<\/b>, UMG\/IMA Module; <b>Shelly Lombardo<\/b> and <b>Nicole McDermott<\/b>, Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center; <b>Chantel Melendez<\/b>, Radiology; <b>Carolyn Murphy<\/b> and <b>Jennifer Smedberg<\/b>, Rehabilitation Services; <b>Frank Nichols<\/b>, Oral Health &amp; Diagnostic Sciences; <b>Nicholas Noyes<\/b>, Clinical Engineering; <b>Maria Pessoa<\/b>, Geropsych\/3rd Floor; <b>Sheila Pettway<\/b>, UMG\/GI-ID; <b>Kesia Smith<\/b>, Radiology; <b>Dana Vibert<\/b>, Outcome Performance Systems; <b>Agnes White<\/b>, Faculty Practice Plan Clinic; <b>Abdul Yusoff<\/b>, Dermatology.
