What is the ideal environment to train young scientists? What are the barriers? How does the young scholar mesh into the fabric of the organization? In all, attendees to the webinars will appreciate contemporary science in regeneration and the dynamics of transferring that science to the next generation in the enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are selected from The Cato T. Laurencin Institute for Regenerative Engineering\u2019s signature<a href=\"https:\/\/health.uconn.edu\/regenerative-engineering-institute\/t32doctoraltraining\/\"> T32 Doctoral<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/health.uconn.edu\/regenerative-engineering-institute\/young-innovative-investigator-program\/\">Young Innovative Investigator Programs<\/a> as well as UConn\u2019s graduate training.<\/p>\n<p>The Cato T. Laurencin Institute for Regenerative Engineering is producing this series in partnership with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.armiusa.org\/\">Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI)<\/a>.
