The goal of the Just Us Moving Program (JUMP)<\/strong> is to educate the community on the importance of increased physical activity.<\/p>\n

Here at The Cato T. Laurencin Institute for Regenerative Engineering, we believe that small changes in daily activity can result in substantial health benefits.<\/p>\n

We offer FREE monthly JUMP events which are hosted by our trusted community partners at various convenient locations. These fun-filled programs include a section on healthy lifestyle education as well as a guided movement segment, which can be modified for handicapped participants. We welcome people of all ages from kids to grandparents, so join us to learn how to increase your daily movement while adding fun to your routine!<\/p>\n

We offer different types of segments geared to different audiences.
