His three most recent awards from the National Institute of Mental Health are focused on developing predictive algorithms and creating EHR based tools to assist clinicians in identifying patient suicide risk.\u00a0 In addition to his research, Dr. Aseltine chairs the advisory board for CTHealthLink, Connecticut\u2019s first health information exchange, serves on the advisory board for Connecticut\u2019s All Payer Claims Database, and is a panel member and former chair of the New England Comparative Effectiveness Public Advisory Council. Over the past 25 years he has led a number of studies investigating mental health, substance abuse, and suicide prevention funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, the National Institute for Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Department of Defense, the William T.
