Greater percentage of individuals with Medicare coverage received a follow-up visit within 30 days. Specifically, 57.9% of individuals with private insurance coverage received a follow-up visit within 7 days, and 75.3% received a follow-up visit within 30 days. 52.7% of individuals with Medicare coverage had a follow-up visit within 7 days, and 76.9% had a follow-up visit within 30 days.<\/p>  \n<p>Since the implementation of CT SIM in 2016, the percentage of individuals with private insurance coverage who received a follow-up visit decreased, while the percentage of individuals with Medicare coverage who received a follow-up visit increased.
