weeks and 6 months after being prescribed.<\/p>\n\n<p>In 2015, the year prior to the CT SIM implementation, 69.4% of females prescribed an antidepressant were still taking the medication at 12 weeks, and 50.0% were still taking their medication at 6 months. \u00a0After the CT SIM implementation in 2016, the percentage of females who were prescribed an antidepressant and continued to take the medication at 12 weeks rose to 72.1% in 2016, and to 72.9% in 2017.\u00a0 The percentage of females who were still taking a prescribed antidepressant at 6 months increased to 55.0% in 2016, and decreased slightly to 53.8% in 2017.<\/p>\n \n<p>Males continued to take an antidepressant at lower percentages than females.\u00a0 In 2015, 66.5% of males continued to take their prescribed antidepressant at 12 weeks and 46.8% were still taking their prescribed antidepressant at 6 months.\u00a0 \u00a0After the CT SIM implementation in 2016, the percentage of males who continued to take their medication at 12 weeks increased to 69.9% in 2016, and to 72.8% in 2017.\u00a0 The percentage of males who continued to take their medication at 6 months increased to 51.5% in 2016, and to 51.9% in 2017.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-3842-0-0-2\" class=\"widget_text so-panel widget widget_custom_html panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div class=\"textwidget custom-html-widget\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\"
