who have private insurance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n \t<li>The percentage of patients who had hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) testing increased with age.<\/li>\n \t<li>In 2015, the year prior to the CT SIM implementation, the percentage of adults diagnosed with diabetes who had HbA1c testing ranged from a low of 68.6% for 18-34 year-olds to a high of 82.9% for 55-64 year-olds.<\/li>\n \t<li>In 2017, two years after the implementation of CT SIM, the percentage of adult patients who had HbA1c testing increased to 79.3% for 18 \u2013 34 year-olds and 87.9% for 55-64 year-olds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-3800-0-0-2\" class=\"widget_text so-panel widget widget_custom_html
