line-height: 18.75pt; background: #F6F6F6;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: #555555;\">This food safety curriculum was developed in 2009 for presentation at \u201ccontrol\u201d schools by UConn undergraduate students, who were properly trained to deliver the messages. The curriculum consisted of lesson plans presented weekly over a ten-week period. \u00a0Included in each lesson are resources for the students, informative handout materials to provide to parents, a display board, a description of the activity for the week, and an activity evaluation.\u00a0 There have been no updates to these resources since the completion of the grant in 2013. \u00a0If you intend to use any of these resources, be sure to check the current USDA food safety guidelines for accuracy. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: #212121;\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt; line-height: 18.75pt; background: #F6F6F6; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;\" id=\"u27498-8\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: #555555;\">The table below summarizes the food safety curriculum.
