We work to identify and resolve any personal concerns that may be affecting you, your family, or your job. EAP services are <strong>free<\/strong> and <strong>confidential<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p><strong>EAP can help with:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Improving relationships<\/li>\n<li>Balancing work and personal life<\/li>\n<li>Coping with grief and loss<\/li>\n<li>Managing stress and change<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing self-care<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with emotional concerns<\/li>\n<li>Addressing substance use issues<\/li>\n<li>Resolving conflicts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is part of the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at UConn Health\u2019s Farmington campus. Our division provides a multidisciplinary approach to the evaluation of complex medical problems related to the workplace and\/or the environment. We have been providing EAP services since 1992. Our client organizations represent diverse populations that range in size from less than 10 to over 4,000 employees.
