The focus is on compassionate care, personalized treatment, obtaining superior clinical outcomes, and, of course, patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n<h3>Neurosurgery Training<\/h3>\n<p>The neurosurgical faculty at UConn Health is committed to the education of the next generation of physicians caring for neurological disorders. In an environment that provides exemplary patient care, residents, fellows, and medical students are educated in clinical decision-making, technical neurosurgery, continuing education, and interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n<h3>Research<\/h3>\n<p>The Department of Neurosurgery is dedicated to improving patient care through collaborative basic, translational, and clinical research.
