The MS program will enable our department to train those who are interested in receiving advanced study in a range of topics from experts in their fields. This new opportunity for advanced study in Neuroscience is a response to the educational needs of students today to prepare them for a range of possible career paths. With classes and training from this MS degree, students can expect to be well prepared for careers in academic science, industry or professional schools.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This MS degree offering was spearheaded by a team effort including Dr. Riqiang Yan, Chair, Neuroscience, Drs. Stephen Crocker, Yulan Xiong and Eric Levine, Graduate Program Leaders in Neuroscience, and Dr. Barbara Kream, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at UConn Health.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Applications for admission are now being accepted.
