We encourage you to read more about the clinical services we provide to help you identify the clinicians who specialize in the area of neurology most appropriate to your problem. Please obtain a medical referral from your primary physician (even if it is not required by your health insurance carrier) so your doctor can provide important background information. Once you have a referral, please call\u00a01-84-GET-UCONN<\/a>\u00a0(1-844-388-2666<\/a>) to schedule your appointment.<\/p>\n

Before you come to the clinic, we will need your pertinent medical records and copies of test results to be faxed to our clinic at\u00a0860-679-0131<\/a>. For brain and spine imaging studies, we need the actual images (on CD) of any imaging studies you may have had, including CT scans, MRIs, angiograms, etc., which you should bring by hand on the day of your appointment. Imaging studies done at UConn Health will be available to us through our medical records.<\/p>\n
