Thank you for your interest in the UConn Health Orthopaedic Surgery Rotation/Residency Program. A great way to see if we are going to meet your educational and personal needs is to spend some time with us. It is the policy of this university to offer all visiting medical students/physicians the opportunity to submit a request for an away rotation experience with us using the AAMC Visiting Student Application System (VSAS). All submissions through the VSAS system for the Orthopaedic Surgery Rotation are carefully reviewed for eligibility by the UConn Health Clinical Education Office and subsequently by the Orthopaedic Surgery Rotation Course Director. We accept away rotators from July through November.
If you are unable to apply for a rotation through the VSAS, we still encourage you to apply to our residency program through ERAS. We wish you the very best of luck in your path to an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency position.
