Below is a listing of available PC model offerings. A full listing of our computer and peripheral offerings – including technical and pricing information – is available in HuskyBuy. Because this list changes often, HuskyBuy will ensure that you always have access to the most current offerings and information. Purchasing Process
The purchasing process starts with the customer contacting IT Purchasing for advice on the system to buy, and how to navigate and order in HuskyBuy (this step is optional). The customer then places the order in HuskyBuy. If the customer wants to add the Bundled Standard Desktop Package, hardware support, or request that the laptop/mobile not be encrypted, they need to include a note in HuskyBuy to that effect. Once the order is completed, it gets routed to IT Purchasing for review and approval. Upon approval of IT Purchasing, the order goes through the necessary routing internally before it’s sent to the vendor. When it’s ready, the system is delivered either to IT for installing the Bundled Standard Desktop Software Package and any encryption software (laptops/mobiles) or it’s delivered directly to the customer.

Hardware Support Plans
On-site repair includes parts and labor on warranty or non-warranty equipment PC or Printer Hardware.
Equipment must be in working order at the time it is placed on hardware maintenance. Hardware repairs on a device that is not currently under hardware maintenance will result in a time and materials charge from our hardware repair vendor. Once the device in question is once again working, we encourage you to add it to our hardware support plan to avoid such charges in the future. Cost is $15/month per computer or $25 per network printer (a local printer attached to a computer does not need a separate support plan as it is covered under the attached computer’s plan).
Zebra Label Printers provides on-site repair or replacement for specific Zebra Label Printers. Note: Not all Zebra Printer models are covered. Cost varies, so please contact us for current rates.
