February 25, 2018: Cloverleaf Outage

Maintenance for the Cloverleaf Interface Engine will take place on Sunday February 25th @5:00 am for approximately 60 minutes.

Services that will be down:  

  • All interfaces will be down. This means there are no new admissions or admission updates, discharges, appointments, new registrations or registration updates, transfers, including orders and results.

 What will be done then:

  • The interface engine will undergo routine maintenance

If everything goes as planned: 

  • All interfaces will be up and operational by 6:00 am
  • All queued data will be processed into their respective systems.
  • Email notification will be sent once the outage is completed.

What do we need you to do:

Please post in your areas to notify your staff of this outage and refer to downtime procedures during this timeframe.

  • Sunday February 25th @5:00 am for approximately 60 minutes

Where to go for updates:  

  • Please call the Help Desk at x4400 with any additional issues experienced during this outage or once the outage has been completed.
