Our work focuses on\u00a0\u00a0developing education, outreach strategies and materials to engage internal and external partners in creative solutions to interoperability issues facing providers in CT to enable the best collaborative care for patients. The group aspires to become a regional resource for innovative, creative health IT, interoperability, and education solutions, and to serve as a convener and thought leader in healthcare, engaging policymakers, providers, and industry in providing efficient, effective, and timely quality care.<\/p>\n<h3>Vision<\/h3>\n<p>To become a regional resource for innovative, creative health IT, interoperability, and education solutions.
