The UConn Health Disparities Institute\u2019s Menopause Equity Initiative <\/a>partners with community organizations across Connecticut (The Menopause Equity Collective<\/a>) to raise awareness, support healing, and expand education about menopause. We encourage community members and organizations to host their own menopause equity events, and we are here to support you.<\/p>\n

How to Request Event Support<\/h3>\n

Use this form to request HDI partnership and free resources for your community-led event. Our goal is to help make your event successful, culturally relevant, and accessible.<\/p>\n

Who Is Eligible to Apply?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We welcome requests from community organizations, advocacy groups, faith-based groups, healthcare partners, businesses, and individuals committed to menopause awareness and education. We especially encourage applications from those serving underserved or historically excluded communities, and those who share HDI\u2019s mission, vision, and values<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Events may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid.<\/p>\n
