Fellows spend 70% of time at their assigned block rotation site. Fellows spend 1\/2 day per week at their continuity site, 1\/2 day per week in didactic conferences, and 1\/2 day per week (year 1) in independent\/elective time.<\/p>\n

Fellows take no in-hospital call. Fellows take call from home for the University practice, Monday-Thursday during Acute Care Geriatrics block rotations* and approximately seven weekends per year, with faculty geriatricians.<\/p>\n

Fellows are allowed three weeks per year vacation time and educational meetings time, with approval of the program director.<\/p>\n

Fellows remaining for a second year will design their schedules according to interests.<\/p>\n
