UConn\/Hartford Hospital Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Training Program is currently accepting applications for enrollment in the next academic year, beginning July 1, 2022<\/strong>. Applications are accepted at any point during the third year and early in the fourth year of residency training. Positions are offered on a rolling basis.<\/p>\n

Applications should include:<\/p>\n

  1. Two Letters of Reference<\/li>\n
  2. Training Director Letter of Recommendation
    \na. Documentation Should Verify Rotations and Clinical Exams Completed<\/li>\n
  3. Personal Statement<\/li>\n
  4. Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n
  5. UConn School of Medicine Fellowship Non-ERAS Common Application Form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The following required items should be sent directly from the applicant\u2019s institution to the address below:<\/p>\n

    1. USMLE Scores<\/li>\n
    2. Medical School Transcript and Deans Letter<\/li>\n
    3. Medical School Diploma<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Prior to starting, accepted fellow(s) are required to have an active Connecticut medical license.<\/p>\n
