During this rotation, fellows will learn from world leaders in lipid management and care of athletes with various cardiovascular diseases. Much of the time during this rotation is spent seeing patients in clinic alongside a cardiology attending. Fellows will also spend time during this rotation experiencing Hartford Hospital\u2019s LDL apheresis unit and cardiac rehabilitation program. This is a unique rotation that exposes fellows to advanced care of issues that are relevant across the spectrum of general cardiology and its subspecialties.
