To verify employment, please bring a current pay stub to each appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Call the UConn Employee Assistance Program at 860-679-2877 or choose from one of the following counseling services: <a href=\"https:\/\/health.uconn.edu\/graduate-medical-education\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2025\/01\/Counseling-Services.pdf\">Counseling Services<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You need to be actively employed to qualify for services. Please bring your employee badge or a current pay stub to each appointment for employment verification.<\/li>\n<li>If you require urgent care, please go to the nearest emergency department.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, you can choose your own healthcare provider using your health insurance.
