A hotline has been established for all residents and fellows to use to report any concerns about their training program.<\/p>\n

Faculty and staff who work with residents and fellows may also use the GME Hotline to report concerns.<\/p>\n

Reporting of concerns through the hotline phone number can be anonymous. The individual reporting the concern may identify themselves if comfortable doing so. Given the nature of email communications, in general, reporting of concerns though the GME Hotline email is not anonymous.<\/p>\n

To help the GME Office appropriately and thoroughly review and, where appropriate, respond to the concern, it is helpful for the individual reporting the concern to provide as much information as they are comfortable providing. This includes but is not limited to specific information about the concern or incident, training program, site, date, and name of any involved persons.<\/p>\n
