There are multiple domains that fuel well-being: physical, emotional, social, financial, occupational, environmental, spiritual, and intellectual.<\/p>\n<p>Our fellowship offers a culture of support, one that cultivates continued growth and personal satisfaction. Our goal is to have our fellows grow in their professional development so that they can pursue a successful career.<\/p>\n<p>Every fellow is assigned a faculty advisor at the start of their training. This advisor frequently checks in with them to help with professional development and offer support.<\/p>\n<p>Clinical rotation schedules are designed to meet a fellow\u2019s career goals. The program director can adjust the rotation schedule if they need arises.
