Unfortunately, our program does not support applications from those on H1B Visas. J1 Visas (acceptable).<\/p>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Applications can be sent from November 1 \u2013 deadline of December 31.<\/p>\n<p>Applications for the one-year Preventive Cardiology Fellowship Program must be received by December 30. Applications must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed Application Form<\/li>\n<li>Photo<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n<li>Personal Statement<\/li>\n<li>Copies of USMLEs (Step 1, Step 2 CS, Step 2 and Step 3 (required)<\/li>\n<li>ECFMG (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Dean\u2019s Letter<\/li>\n<li>Medical School Transcript<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) letters of Recommendation. We will not accept LORs from candidates. Interviews will take place in the month of January.
