Each longitudinal rotation has an evaluation form that is used to evaluate the fellow\u2019s performance on that aspect of training.<\/p>\n<p>Formal tools to evaluate the fellow are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Site director\/supervisor evaluation of competencies during rotation<\/li>\n<li>Fellow self-evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Procedure Log (fellows are required to maintain a log in MyEvaluations)<\/li>\n<li>Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire<\/li>\n<li>Conference presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the fellow being evaluated, the fellow has the opportunity to evaluate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The program<\/li>\n<li>The faculty they work with<\/li>\n<li>The rotation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To help monitor progress, we will evaluate Fellows in several ways.
