We thank you for your interest in our one-year fellowship program.<\/p>\n<p>On this website you will find information about our Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Fellowship Program, links to UConn Health, and all of its programs as well as information about living in the Greater Hartford area.<\/p>\n<p>As you read about or fellowship you will see that the primary goal is to provide you with an exceptional education. Fellows will acquire the advanced skills that will allow them to treat heart failure and transplant conditions.
