ERAS application, Dean\u2019s letter, medical school transcript, three letters of reference (must be from specific faculty members), CV (with no unexplained gaps), USMLE transcript, personal statement, photo, ECFMG if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>ERAS applications are due by November 1.<\/li>\n<li>Interviews are conducted the beginning of January.<\/li>\n<li>For international applicants, we only accept J-1 visas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Selection Criteria<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We participate in the NRMP match process.<\/li>\n<li>The program selects from among eligible applicants based on:\n<ul>\n<li>Medical school transcript<\/li>\n<li>Dean\u2019s letter\/program director letter<\/li>\n<li>Letters of reference<\/li>\n<li>USMLE scores<\/li>\n<li>Interview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/health.uconn.edu\/graduate-medical-education\/eligibility-requirements-and-selection\/\">View more information on Eligibility Requirements and Selection.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>The program does not discriminate with regard to sex, race, age, religion, color, disability or national origin.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eligibility CriteriaA PGY1 year of clinical training is needed before starting a PGY2 year in Dermatology.USMLE Steps 1, Step 2 CK and 2 CS are recommended before you are ranked into the NRMP.What is required for application?
