Lauren Bacon, M.D.
Dr. Bacon completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Kaweah Health Medical Center in California. She has a variety of experiences in disaster preparedness and response, including overseas aid work in Ecuador, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Haiti as well as in recovery efforts after Hurricane Katrina. Dr. Bacon will soon be pursuing an MBA while completing her fellowship in International Disaster Medicine.
Caroline Lloyd, D.O.
Dr. Caroline Lloyd completed her Emergency Medicine Residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Caroline has worked as an EMT and as a member of the ski patrol. She spent two years in rural Rwanda was a member of the Peace Corps. While working on her Emergency Medicine International Disaster Fellowship she will also be pursuing her MPH degree here at UConn Health.
