As Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, Dr. Nissen is responsible for providing leadership over all issues relating to the School of Medicine faculty, which includes career development opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Dr. Cavallari organizes faculty development programs and offerings, drawing on her research in worker well-being and mentoring expertise to support faculty. She is a certified facilitator of the Entering Mentoring Curriculum from the University of Wisconsin's Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER).<\/p>\n

Senior rank nominations for appointment\/promotion\/tenure for the Senior Appointments and Promotions Committee (SAPC), Senior Appointments and Promotions Committee (SAPC), Manages Interfolio platform, including system configuration, workflow management, and user support, Department and Type II Center reviews, Post-tenure review, Sixth-year reviews, Faculty development workshops, programs, and events.<\/p>\n
