Join our Urban Health\/AHEC Scholars<\/strong> at the Fifth Annual Virtual Summit<\/strong> as we explore the critical intersection of health and incarceration. This year\u2019s theme, \u201cJustice-Involved Patients and Communities: A Symposium on Health and Incarceration at the Intersection,\u201d<\/strong> will feature thought-provoking discussions led by content experts and student interest groups.<\/p>\n

The Virtual Summit will take place on Saturday, April 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST.<\/strong> Together, we will examine the challenges and opportunities in providing equitable care to justice-involved individuals and communities. Health and pre-health professions students passionate about advocacy and social justice are encouraged to attend.<\/p>\n
